With the World Baseball Classic taking place, several of LatinoSports.com Staff will be covering the tournament from Phoenix, Miami, San Juan, and San Francisco.
In our efforts to provide coverage of this amazing baseball tournament, we intend to provide you articles and photo journals. Last night our photographer, Bill Menzel was at Chase Field in Phoenix, AZ where he took photos of the Mexico’s 5-2 convincing win over the United States.
Even with the game not being a soccer match between both national teams, the 44,256 passionate fans created a an atmosphere where they were split. Can the United States rebound? Similar to organized soccer where it originated from English, does America’s favorite pastime now belong to the rest of the World?
